A small and intimate experience with only women, coming together to create magic in Playa Venao, Panama.

Transportation
We organize transportation from Panama City to Playa Venao by shuttle. The flight to Panama City is not included. The drive takes approximately 6 hours and includes stops, with water provided along the way.
Surfing
5 days of surf lessons fully adapted to your level, including equipment, surfboard, theory, and video Analysis.
Yoga
You’ll enjoy 5 yoga classes (mats provided), including a welcoming circle and a closing circle. The program also includes meditation and breathwork, with a focus on Vinyasa Flow complemented by Hatha elements.
Living
7 nights in a shared condo, with the option to upgrade to a private room. Located in Playa Venao.
Activity & Workshop
Adventure excursions are included as well. We offer an amazing waterfall hike, a snorkeling tour and ziplining adventure. In addition, there will be one Amigas Night Out, a sip-and-paint workshop on the beach, and one empowering workshop designed to support connection, confidence, and personal growth.

Three nourishing vegetarian/vegan meals per day, plus snacks, coffee, water, fruit, and tea.
