Our Story
We are Trico and Sabrina.
Two friends from different countries, united by one vision: combining surf and yoga in the magical setting of Playa Venao, Panama.
Playa Venao is our dream place, rich in nature, full of good energy, and perfect for slowing down, connecting, and enjoying the ocean.
Sabrina, originally from Switzerland, is a certified yoga teacher and passionate traveler. After completing her Yoga Teacher Training, she has been teaching regularly and now curates surf & yoga retreats that blend mindful movement, travel, and meaningful connection.
Trico, a local surfer, founded Trico Surf School in 2011. With years of experience and as a Safari Surf School member, he offers high-quality surf lessons, surf camps, and a wide range of ocean and jungle adventures.
